What's real
Threads, messages, unread counts, and optimistic send are all backed by the real server (smoke-tested routes) and a real client store — not placeholder screens.
Coach Q&A is separate
A structured Coach Q&A view exists too — same thread data, filtered to just the coach's marked questions with an inline answer composer. It's reachable from the command menu, distinct from this plain conversation view.

A coach's question is a plain message with a marker prefix — every client renders it correctly, no separate data model.
